1. Order Processing Time:
All process orders daily, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment verification. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
All order are dispatched using 48 hours delivery service.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
9. I think my parcel is lost, what do I do?
If your parcel tracking states it has been delivered or if it has been in transit for too long then contact our customer service team and they will communicate with the carrier for you. Please note that couriers usually will not accept claims on parcels sent until 30 days have passed since dispatch and you may need to make a formal declaration of non delivery. If your parcel has indeed been lost then our team will arrange either a refund or replacement to be sent to you.
