Tyranids: Hive Tyrant/Swarmlord

Hive Tyrants are the colossal Tyranid bioforms who lead their forces on the battlefield. These synapse creatures hold titanic psychic power, yet remain immune to Warp Daemons. Though the individual may not possess a soul, a Hive Tyrant's link to the Hive Mind creates a formidable psychic presence in the Immaterium. Commanding all Tyranid hordes, they possess a special synaptic connection to the Hive Mind, rendering them among the most essential synapse creatures in the swarm.

This multipart plastic set allows construction of an impressive Hive Tyrant/Swarmlord, a versatile leader-beast suited to many battlefield roles. Choose from two scything talons, heavy venom cannon, stranglethorn cannon, and bonesword/lash whip, plus biomorphs and other customisation pieces. Build it as either the Winged Hive Tyrant or the Swarmlord.

This set comprises 59 plastic components and is supplied with a Citadel 60mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
